With my creative workshop for companies<\/strong> and my entertaining Animated Film Show<\/strong>, their team event became the highlight of their anniversary celebration<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The creative corporate event<\/strong> took place at the NEUE DENKEREI in Kassel \u2013 including an interactive team-building workshop<\/strong>, a customized film program<\/strong> and a surprise guest with an Oscar\u00ae<\/sup><\/sup><\/strong>: me. At the heart of the event was an interactive, art-based animation workshop<\/strong> \u2013 a Zoetrope Workshop<\/a><\/strong> that I specifically designed as a creative workshop for companies<\/strong>. Managing Director Klaus Michallik first saw my work in June 2023 at the International Animated Film Festival<\/strong> in Wiesbaden. (Read the full report.<\/a><\/strong>)<\/p>\n

Impressed by the combination of infotainment<\/strong>, artistic quality, and humorous insights<\/strong>, he immediately knew this was the perfect fit for Medland\u2019s anniversary celebration<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Kassel was chosen not only for its central location, but also because I recommended the ideal venue and provided suggestions for other parts of the program<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

During the workshop, participants created one-second loop animations<\/strong> on paper strips, brought to life through a traditional zoetrope<\/strong> \u2013 analog<\/strong>, handmade<\/strong>, and full of life.<\/p>\n

The topics were as individual as the participants themselves: from hobbies<\/strong> to a little animated figure knitting a scarf with the Medland logo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

But the biggest surprise came at the end:
\nI wasn\u2019t just the workshop leader<\/strong> \u2013 I was also the creator of the Oscar\u00a9<\/sup><\/strong>-winning film QUEST<\/strong> and had brought the original Oscar\u00a9<\/sup> statuette<\/strong> with me.
