In dieser Show pr\u00e4sentieren die Teilnehmenden eines Zoetrop-Workshops selbst ihre effektvoll gestalteten zyklischen Animationen auf verschiedenen optischen, teils historischen, Bildbetrachtungsger\u00e4ten vor einem Publikum und zu einem filmischen Soundtrack. <\/strong><\/p>\n

In einem Zoetrop-Workshop produzieren die Teilnehmenden Animationsschleifen auf einem Papierstreifen oder einer Papierscheibe, die eine sehr kurze Aktion von weniger als einer Sekunde in einem Zyklus zeigen. Der Prozess der Animationsproduktion kann auf einem Zoetrop \u00fcberpr\u00fcft werden.<\/p>\n

Die Zoetrop-Show <\/strong>ist eine wirkungsvolle, auf das Publikum zugeschnittene Abschlusspr\u00e4sentation eines Zoetrop-Workshops. Die folgenden Beispiele wurden in mehrt\u00e4gigen oder mehrw\u00f6chigen Zoetrop-Workshops von talentierten jungen Leuten<\/a><\/strong>, Auszubildenden <\/a><\/strong>oder Profis<\/a><\/strong> auf Papierstreifen, Papierscheiben oder transparentem Plexiglas produziert.<\/p>\n

Die Teilnehmenden pr\u00e4sentierten die Animationen selbst in einer audiovisuellen Show auf verschiedenen optischen Ger\u00e4ten wie Zoetropen, Praxinoskopen, Projektionsger\u00e4ten oder auf rotierenden Papierscheiben mit stroboskopischem Licht.<\/p>\n

Von 2006 bis 2019 gab ich Workshops in verschiedenen Animationstechniken f\u00fcr die deutschen Gewinner des International Jugend-Creativ<\/strong><\/a> Wettbewerbs.<\/p>\n

2015 entwickelte ich den Zoetrop-Workshop<\/strong> und die erste Spinning-Animation-Show<\/strong> zum Thema Panta Rhei \u2013 \u201eAlles flie\u00dft\u201c<\/em>. Seitdem sind drei weitere Zoetrop-Workshop-Projekte entstanden, die jeweils mit einer Spinning-Animation-Show ihren Abschluss fanden. Die entstandenen Auff\u00fchrungen wurden von den Workshop-Teilnehmenden pr\u00e4sentiert und von einer von mir komponierten Klangcollage aus Instrumental-Samples begleitet. Im Auftrag des Oberb\u00fcrgermeisters der Stadt Straubing f\u00fchrte ich an der Fach- und Berufsoberschule Straubing (FOSBOS, Fachbereich Gestaltung) einen Zoetrope-Workshop im Rahmen der Feierlichkeiten \u201a800 Jahre Neustadt Straubing\u2018 durch.<\/p>\n

Das Ziel des Zoetrop-Workshops war es, mit Hilfe von vier Lehrern und 24 jungen kreativen Auszubildenden eine Spinning-Animation-Show<\/strong> \u00fcber die Geschichte meiner Heimatstadt Straubing zu erstellen. Die Show erhielt den\u00a0Titel The-Spinning-History<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ich bin viermal von Kassel nach Straubing gereist und habe den Workshop an der FOSBOS (Fach- und Berufsoberschule) mehrere Tage lang gehalten. Die Gesamtdauer des Workshops betrug etwa 3 Monate.<\/p>\n

81 humorvolle und pr\u00e4gnante Animationsschleifen zu historischen Ereignissen wurden in zwei Monaten produziert. Ich habe selbst einen Soundtrack mit 10 Kan\u00e4len aus Musik und Ger\u00e4uschen entwickelt.<\/p>\n

Die Ergebnisse wurden von den Teilnehmern auf acht optischen Ger\u00e4ten mit dem Soundtrack in einer faszinierenden 40-min\u00fctigen Show\u00a0pr\u00e4sentiert.<\/p>\n

2018 habe ich einen Zoetrop-Workshop in Northeim f\u00fcr den deutschen Verband der Puppenspieler und Puppentheater (UNIMA, Union Internationale de la Marionette) durchgef\u00fchrt. Das Thema der Show war Plankton<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Wir entwickelten eine Zoetrop-Show<\/strong>, die eine Unterwasserwelt pr\u00e4sentierte. In f\u00fcnf Tagen schufen elf professionelle Puppenspieler 35 zwei- und dreidimensionale Animationen auf Papierstreifen und runden Scheiben. Die 25-min\u00fctige Show wurde auf sechs Ger\u00e4ten vorgef\u00fchrt und von Live-Musik auf einem Hang-Instrument begleitet.<\/p>\n
