Small Talk

film clip

In an interview a storyteller causes a lot of confusion by his sprightly narrations.

The Filmladen of Cassel supported the Art College to produce SMALL TALK and a cut down version FILMLADEN TRAILER for the 10th Documentary Film & Video Festival of Cassel. The concept, written by Thomas Stellmach, was chosen amongst several proposals of the animation students. Stellmach got the responsibility to direct and produce this animated short film with the help of 17 students and his teacher Professor Paul Driessen. The film was shot with two actors in stop motion (pixillation). The production took one week to prepare the props, two weeks to shot and four weeks for sound editing.
